Règlement du diplôme BFORTA

 

But

 

Le diplôme Belgian Award Forts 14-18 (UFRC) a été créé en vue de promouvoir le trafic radioamateur, pratiqué dans un esprit de divertissement, et d'inciter à une meilleure connaissance du patrimoine national. Le devoir du Souvenir est une nécessité.

 

Article 1er

Le Belgian Award Forts 14-18 , BFORTA en abrégé, concerne les liaisons radio faites depuis les "forts Militaires de la Plateforme Namuroise."

Ceux-ci seront identifiés par un numéro de référence composé de deux parties :

•  trois lettre identifiant le dipôme BFA pour la plateforme Namuroise.

•  trois chiffres correspondant à l'ordre d'activation du fort: de 001 à 009

• un numéro spécifique pour le champs de bataille de Rossignol BFA  et 4112 représentant le nombre de morts présumés +-4000 soldats et 112 civils  fusilliés.

 

Article 2

 La Plateforme Namuroise pour l'optention du diplôme BFORTA sera  activée et validée uniquement par le "Radio Club Belgradois d'ON3NMR"

 

Article 3

L'activation  se faira dans un rayon maximum de 500m autour du Fort, la liaison radio HF au cours de la période pourra être validée soit :

• en Phonie LSB +- 7085 mhz

• en CW sur 21

• en PSK sur 14.070 mhz

 

Article 4

Au cours d'une activation, l'échange sera accompagné des rapports d'écoute, d'une brève description de la station, mais aussi de quelques informations succinctes sur la Commémoration 14-18 ainsi que sur le Fort activé.

Par leur participation, le Radio Club d'ON3NMR s'engagent à répondre endéans un délai maximum de 9 mois à toutes les QSLs, soit en direct, E-qsl ou via Bureau EURAO.

 

 

 

Conditions d'obtention du diplôme

 

Article 5

Le diplôme pourra être attribué soit en catégorie CW, phonie, PSK ou mixte pour les bandes HF activées.

Un minimum de 5 Forts doivent être validés, avec un joker pour le Champs de Bataille de Rossignol.

Article 6

Toute demande de diplôme devra être présentée sous forme de liste au format .adi mentionnant la référence, l'indicatif de la station, la date, QTR, QRG, RST et mode. Les cartes QSL devront être numérisées et transmises pour le contrôle à Pascal d'ON3NR Award Manager

 

Article 7

Pour les stations belges, il est recommandé de n'utiliser que le préfixe ON pour les contacts dans le cadre du BFORTA. Toutefois, à partir de 2006, les indicatifs OO à OT, officiellement attribués par l'IBPT, pourront aussi être utilisés au cours d'une activation BFORTA Commémoration 14-18 Plate-forme Namuroise

Le diplôme pourra également être obtenu par les SWLs dans les mêmes conditions que celles pour les radioamateurs titulaires d'un indicatif.

La participation aux frais pour le diplôme a été fixée à 10 Euros .

Elle est révisable.

BFORTA » Belgian Award Forts 14-18 Regulation Diploma BFORTA

Terms of graduation

 

Article 5 The diploma may be awarded either category CW, voice, PSK or mixed for HF enabled.A minimum of 6 Forts must be validated with a wildcard for the Battlefields of Rossignol.

 

Article 6 Any award application must be presented in a list format . adi mentioning the reference code of the station, date, QTR, QRG, and RST mode. QSL cards will be digitized and transmitted to the control Pascal ON3NR Award Manager

 

Article 7 For Belgian stations, it is recommended to use only the prefix ON for contacts within the BFORTA. However, from 2006, indicative OO OT officially assigned by the BIPT may also be used in a BFORTA activation Commemoration 14-18 Platform NamuroiseThe diploma may also be obtained by SWLs under the same conditions as those for radio amateurs holding an indication.

Article 09 The fee for the diploma was set at 10 Euros.It is adjustable.
